I recently used the Foam it Green 102 Spray Foam Insulation Kit and two Foam It 12 Patch and Repair Kits to insulate below the new floorboard of my 1962 22' Airstream Safari I am completely rebuilding. This area will be completely wrapped with aluminum so temperature and sound insulation will be vital as well as moisture protection. Following the re-installation of the top shell, I plan to use Foam It Green Spray Foam Insulation within the entire interior prior to re-installing the inner aluminum skin. Though this project will not be "road-ready" for some time, I look forward to being comfortable and saving valuable energy inside my Foam It Green "shell" while traveling. Foam it Green was so easy to use. I was extremely worried about the rate of application and whether or not I would get the coverage I needed to finish my project. Once I started spraying, it was pretty obvious how fast or slow to apply the foam to achieve the expected results. Even though it will be some time before this project is complete, I expect that by using the Foam It Green Insulation product throughout my trailer, I will experience less use of valuable power and fuel for heating and cooling, a more solid structure, and protection from condensation build-up between the exterior and interior aluminum skins. I expect this trailer to be in my family for generations to come so by paying attention to the details now and using quality products like Foam It Green, I'm confident it will be.
