This is a new construction project of sorts. I am building a living quarters inside of an airplane hangar at a residential airpark. The first wall I built fits up against the outside wall of the hangar. The hangar is a "pole barn" style construction if you are familiar with that. I already had R10 fiberglass on the hangar wall, and just wanted to add a bit more before it got sealed up behind the stud wall. It was a test to see if I could handle spray foam insulation by myself.

Your product worked as advertised and was easy enough to apply. Since then I have been framing the rest of the living space and only have two simple interior walls to finish, maybe this weekend. Then I am ready for electrical and plumbing rough in and more spray foam. I may do the foam first, at least 1" to seal up the walls and ceiling, before the rough in. Then later I will either add more foam, budget permitting, or fiberglass bats. Cheers!
