I am the State General contractor but my wife Karen found this insulation/vapor block product and she installed it on our river shack to the Gulf rehab for us today, I was the gopher, it was boring for me.

Karen insulated and vapor locked our two bedroom river cottage by herself in just over two hours.

This product is huge, for one it's Green, no fumes, no pollution and it insulates at double of any other product, then there is no need for plastic or Tyvek.

In addition, it is tough as nails, adds structure strength. Dries in one minute.
Repels bugs but I treated the wood first anyway, was only $10 more. That foam locked in the bug spray forever.

It's actually kind of fun to use, no tools needed. It's accurate, can spray a little hole gap or a wall or a 24" cell, no problem, with the gun they give you.
Self compressed, you need NO tools, Karen never touched the tape we did use, I couldn't believe it either.

If you do rehabs like this cypress sided ocean/river cottage with no vapor barrier or the old South lap siding rehabs, Key West and Sanibel island shacks which is popular, or the Minnesota fishing cabin, old garage or workshop; just say you are going to now retire at the old place you only used in the summer, this is the stuff.

You don't have to foam the holes for wire or plumbing, kind of does it all., quick squirt, done. Tape the outside knot holes, primes and paints like wood.

We would have spent two long days, itchy days, doing the reverse tyvec and plastic and fiberglass and it would have been way less protection! We were done and cleaned up in two hours so we worked on the lot clean up for a while. Use the extra cardboard in the box for the floor.

If you are rebuilding a motor home, ice house, boat, whatever, just remember this product. It's easy to use and won't fall apart like the old foam and the expansion is easy to compensate for, Karen did, she has never sprayed until today.

Not often I find something in building this good that is new, but then Karen found it, she ran the show today!
This was a day off for me and two days off of nasty hot work.
