Experience: I was able to go on-line and watch the videos over and over until I felt confident I was able to do this alone. I called and asked questions prior to purchasing and was able to get specific delivery needs met. The foam goes on as easy as it says it does. It is not smelly and it is not itchy like the insulation I removed. I did this alone in one hour! I am going to buy more to finish my new place!

Benefits: I am remodeling. There were unexpected needs I had to address. Insects had eating through some openings and were in the insulation. I had to remove it all! I used the foam to fill cracks, then had small plywood pieces to cover, then completed my insulation application. I gave me great comfort to know they would not return!
The second benefit is I did this alone at my pace! I am remodeling on the week-ends and having that flexibility is great! Third... SOUND!!! My house is stone on the outside. I noticed quickly the stone does not stop sound to the degree I was anticipating. The difference is noticeable and I am not even finished! I am a very happy user!
