The 602 kit arrived in a timely manner, all parts were there. The project I was undertaking was to insulate all the HVAC, return and supply ducts and the underside of my house. We have a crawlspace. The product applied easily and direction were accurate. Since this was my first time using anything like this I suspect I applied it too thick in some areas. I do not think it was applied too thin anywhere, it expanded a lot.

Application of product was very straight forward. I was able to insulate all HVAC ducts and about 3/4 of underside of my house. I was somewhat disappointed that I did not have enough product to complete underside of house. I suspect my over applying product in some areas attributed to shortage.

The HVAC person we use has looked at completed job and stated that any insulation issues with our HVAC duct work have been eliminated forever. The product not only is a permanent solution for insulating HVAC duct, the sealing abilties are hard to beat. He was also somewhat disappointed we did not have enough product to complete insulation of underside of our house. The discharge air from HVAC ducts in house is much colder and seems to be a greater volume.
