Discover How Spray Foam Can Help You Set Sail This Summer

Many of our customers have used Foam It Green to fill pontoons, create marine coolers, and all sorts of other applications on their boats.

Our closed cell spray foam meets the Code of Federal Regulations safety requirements for water absorption, resistance to fuel, fuel vapor, bilge cleaner and oil.

You can replace flotation foam in a hull cavity with our regular rise closed cell foam by removing the deck, and spraying the foam between the stringers.

Then, once the foam is cured, level the surface of the foam and replace the deck.

Another option is to inject Foam It Green’s closed cell slow rise foam into the cavity through holes drilled into the deck. If you choose to insulate with this method make sure that weight is put on the deck surface in order to prevent any distortion caused by the expansion of the foam.

Foam It Green also works great for insulating ice chests, coolers, bait boxes and fish holds.

We even had a customer who converted a hollow rubber storage bench into a marine cooler with our slow rise foam.
